NICOLE OSORIO BIO



New York City is one of the most amazing and most difficult places to make it in the hospitality industry and Nicole has had her soul in it for nearly two decades.  Starting out in concession as a young teen and then hosting in various Manhattan restaurants, Nicole found her love for working behind the bar in the late nineties and her passion still burns strong.  After attending Bartending School, she decided to create her own bartending instructional course after teaching fellow students and eventually her own. 
 

Soon after, Nicole moved on to bigger and better venues, providing her enormous compensation.  She was now in the big league and there was no reason to pursue anything else.  With an unquenchable thirst for experience, Nicole decided to learn more and broaden her knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant and bar business.
After acquiring a bar managerial position at a prestigious restaurant, Nicole received additional education on hospitality and service in both front and back of house operations. 


Soon she was given the much anticipated opportunity to express her creativity in the form of cocktail menus, featuring her own unique recipes.  Her daily cocktail special were a favorite amongst restaurant guests, recieving just recognition from her peers.
During her years as manager and bartender, Nicole would constantly seek out trends and obtain knowledge of spirits, enabling her to create as well as educate.
